I think I’ve been doing a decent job of trying to keep the number of kitchen gadgets and appliances that I own to a minimum. However, I do still have the tendency to really nerd out when it comes to discovering any sort of new cooking gear. Naturally I was ecstatic to attend the fifth annual Blogger Brunch hosted by Cook’s Warehouse to learn about some hot new holiday gifts for the 2015 season.
Chef Mandy Landefeld of Sumptious Living prepared a tantalizing brunch menu that included Crispy Fried Oyster Biscuits, an Endive, Radicchio and Shaved Brussels Sprouts Salad, Kale and Prosciutto Flat Breads, and Pavlova with Blackberries.
After a champagne toast, Cook’s Warehouse founder and CEO, Mary Moore, gave us a rundown of what she and the staff had chosen for their top picks of the season.
