Let’s talk about snacks. In my experience, it’s really not that easy to find something off the shelf that isn’t loaded with unfriendly ingredients, especially when you’re looking for something sweet. Enter Fruit “Yum Yum” Bars. They’ll satisfy the sweet tooth in anyone and are ridiculously easy to make. Make a batch and keep them individually wrapped in your fridge, you’ll always have a sweet snack when you’re on the go.
The key ingredient here are dates, they basically serve as the glue holding everything together. From there you can pretty much add anything that your heart or tongue desires- various nuts, dried fruits (I used apples), and even chocolate bits if you’re feeling randy.
Making the bars is a straightforward as it gets. Dump all of the ingredients in a food processor.
You’re left with a ball of goodness.

Place the mixture in some plastic wrap and form into a bar-like shape. If you prefer, you can also just seperate the mixture into pieces and roll into YumYum Balls.
Refridgerate for a better consistency, slice them up, and they are ready to go. I told you it was easy!
