Peach Salsa
This fresh and easy peach salsa recipe makes a tasty summer appetizer or condiment.

- 1 pound peaches pitted and finely diced
- 1/2 pound tomatoes seeded and finely diced
- 1 cup Vidalia onion finely diced
- 1 jalapeño pepper seeded and finely diced
- 1/3 cup cilantro roughly chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
Combine all the ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Toss until well combined.
Allow the salsa to marinate for at least 20 minutes before serving. Store in a tightly covered container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
