Ingredients
1(3 pound)whole salmon filletpin bones removed
1tablespoonextra virgin olive oil

For the Dill Horseradish Sauce
1/2cupmayonnaise homemade or Whole30/Keto compliant
1/4cupfresh horseradish rootfinely grated
1/4cupfresh dillchopped
1tablespoondistilled white vinegar

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 275°F.
Place the salmon skinned-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Rub the fillet with olive oil and liberally season with salt and pepper.
