Ingredients
For the Dressing
1/4cupextra virgin olive oil
1/4cupwhite wine vinegar
2tablespoonsfresh lime juice
1teaspoonground cumin
1/2teaspoongarlic powder
1teaspoonsea saltplus more to taste
1/2teaspoonblack pepper
For the Slaw
4cupsgreen cabbageshredded
2cupsred cabbageshredded
1cupcarrotgrated
1bunchgreen onionsthinly sliced
2jalapeño peppersseeded and finely diced
1/2cupfresh cilantrochopped
Instructions
Combine all the dressing ingredients together in a small mason jar. Cover the jar with a tight fitting lid, then vigorously shake until the dressing is emulsified.
Place the cabbage, carrot, green onions, jalapeños, and cilantro in a large mixing bowl. Pour the dressing over the vegetables and toss until well combined.
