This easy Instant Pot Apple Butter recipe makes a delicious treat brimming with fall flavors. It only contains fresh apples and spices with no added sugar, making it a Paleo and Whole30 compliant.

Ingredients
5poundsfirm organic apples
1/4cupapple cider vinegar
2teaspoonsground cinnamon
1/2teaspoonground nutmeg
1/2teaspoon ground cloves
1/2teaspoonground allspice
1/4teaspoonsea salt
Instructions
Quarter the apples, carving out the inner core and seeds.
Place the apples along with the apple cider vinegar and spices inside the Instant pot. Lock the lid and set for 10 minutes on high pressure.
When the timer goes off, hit cancel and allow the pressure to release naturally.
Remove the lid and use an immersion blender to puree the apples until smooth.
Set the Instant Pot to "Sauté-Less" and bring the mixture to a simmer. Cook for 45 minutes to 1 hour, stirring often, until the mixture has thickened considerably.
Allow the apple butter to cool, then transfer into clean jars. Store in the refrigerator for up to 1 month or freeze for up to 6 months.
